Näyttely tuo yhteen uusia ja nousevia taiteilijoita, jotka käyttävät eri medioita mediataiteesta perinteisiin menetelmiin, kuten maalaukseen, kuvanveistoon ja sekatekniikkaan.

Kuraattorin tavoite on ollut tutkia hyperhuomiotalouden ja post-modernin kulutuskapitalismin luoman maanisen kuvavirran synnyttämää kokemusmaailmaamme, tuoden esiin teoksia, jotka haastavat sen ja tutkivat mahdollista uutta suhdetta läsnäolemiseen, yhteiseen ajatteluun ja merkitysten rakentumiseen.

The exhibition brings together new and emerging artists who use different media, from media art to traditional methods, such as painting, sculpture and mixed media.

The curator’s intention has been to explore the contemporary experience created by the manic flow of images in the hyperattention economy and post-modern consumer capitalism, bringing forward works that challenge it and explore possible new relationships to presence, collective cognition and formation of meaning.
